What do you think about one reusable notebook to last the rest of your life? Thanks to Rocketbook, from Boston, this idea may have been realized. At first glance, this product looks like a regular notebook, yet the Everlast Notebook is made of a polyester composite material which makes this product endless and indestructible.

The Everlast notebook provides a classic pen and paper experience, yet is built for the digital age. The product is not only eco-friendly, like other planners, but also endlessly reusable. This notebook can connect to all of your favorite cloud services. When you write using any pen from the Pilot Frixion line, your writing sticks to Everlast pages like regular paper. But, with a drop of water, you can quickly erase what you write.

Rocketbook’s product is not a whiteboard book. It allows you to use any pen from the Pilot Frixion line. Frixion gel ballpoint pens come in all different kinds and colors, all of which are available for purchase online and in stores. The team worked closely with paper industry experts to find the optimal synthetic polyester blend, to create pages that could be wiped clean of Frixion ink, yet also feel perfectly natural to write on.

Writing on these pages feel just like writing on regular paper. The pages do not have a weird high gloss. Furthermore, the writing doesn’t just wipe away. There is a magic trick to it. When you combine Frixion pens with the Everlast pages, a dry paper towel doesn’t do a thing. But a moist paper towel removes every bit of ink. So, this way, you can reuse your notebook over and over again.

Furthermore,  this notebook is compatible with the Rocketbook app (compatible with iOS and Andriod system). This means, before your notes go off the page, they go online, where they are perfectly organized. This notebook is smart. At the bottom of each page, you can find seven symbols. You assign each icon to the destination of your choice, which can be any folder inside Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, Box, Slack or your email address. When you mark that icon on your page, the Rocketbook app automatically files your notes in the right place.

The Everlast notebook lets you scan your notes in an intelligent way. An app crops and enhances each page, so your digital notes are more crisp and vibrant than the real thing. Each page contains a special QR code which informs the page number of each scan. This means that, no matter how or when you scan, you can get your notes in the right order. Each page also has a narrow dark border surrounding it. The border allows the Rocketbook app to find your page quickly in any environment or background, like a messy desk.

One more thing – Frixion pen ink completely dries and bonds to the page in about 15 seconds. After that, you’re writing doesn’t budge without moisture. You can flip the page before that, but there may be some slight transfer of the ink.

Good news! The Everlast Notebook is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter. The product comes in two sizes: Letter size (8.5×11, 32 pages) and Executive size (6×8, 36 pages). You can purchase an early bird of Rocketbook Everlast (standard or smaller size) plus one black FriXion pen for $34.
