Sgnl – Make Phone Calls with Your Fingertip

If you soon see people with a finger in their ears do not be surprised. It isn’t a science fiction movie! This just means that they started using Sgnl – the smart strap that enables you to make calls by placing a fingertip in your ear.

How does it work? Sgnl receives a voice signal from your phone through Bluetooth. When a voice signal is received, Sgnl will generate vibrations through its Body Conduction Unit (BCU) which transmits the vibration through your hand to your fingertip. There is no risk of harm to the human body during this transmission. When you place your finger to your ear, the vibration echoes to create amplified sounds within the closed space of your ear.

Sgnl also has a fancy design and is available in three colors: gentle black, navy blue and classic white. It looks like a regular bracelet at first glance as Sgnl is a smart wearable strap or watch companion. The device is designed to fit all sorts of watches with its specially designed lug adapter. Innomdle Lab, a company from Los Angeles, created Sgln for people who have lost many earphones in their lifetime.

The producer ensure that “with Sgnl, you can keep your cell phone alone in your pocket and only raise your hand to answer a phone call without carrying any extra headset or earphone.” What is great about this electronic tool? When you place your finger to your ear, your finger not only transmits the sound but it also blocks out background noise. So, you can hear a very clear voice in loud places, all without worrying about other people listening.

Sgnl has a plenty of other advantages, too. First of all, it lets you answer calls directly and immediately. So there is no need to rummage through a bag when a phone rings. Secondly, headsets and earphones are needles. Thirdly, you can speak in thunderous places. People can hear you clearly because Sgnl blocks out all surrounding noises.

Yet this isn’t everything about this device. You can make your life even more easier by downloading the Sgnl app. This app is compatible with the device and provides options like call reminder, activity tracking, and smart alert. So, to sum up, if you are a big fan of loud music, watches, and phone calls, Sgnl is perfect for you. Let’s support them on Kickstarter
